Women in Engineering (WIE) Leadership Summit 2016

The ‘Women in Engineering International Leadership Summit’ will be held in collaboration with IEEE women in engineering and WIE UAE chapter. The upcoming session will start on 13th October at the American University in Dubai. Topics such as managing international teams, negotiation, effective communication and power over others will be discussed very professionally on this forum.

Developing the skills of women present there and helping them engage in technical fields is one of the aims of this conference. Developing and improving leadership skills of women engineers at all stages in their career is one of the main focuses of this summit.

200 or more women engineering leaders from around the world are expected to attend this conference and hence providing a unique platform to exchange ideas and share valuable experience. This not only helps those who are already successful, but gives a strong foundation to others who still have to build their career.
