The latest gulf news is in the air that 36-year-old world champion professional boxer Manny Pacquiao is coming to UAE with his PBA (Philippines Basketball Association) team â€˜Mahindra Enforcersâ€™.
PBA, after a successful Dubai showcase in May this year, is all set for robust return in November.
Manny is among the teamâ€™s investor and head-coach as well. Though he appeared in the basketball court along with the Enforcers as leading player but then listed as teamâ€™s head coach. For the reason that he would not play due to shoulder injury he got while fighting with Floyd Mayweather earlier this year.
PBA Philippine Cup matches have now been entered the Dubai events calendar 2015. Philippine Cup is one of the most awaited upcoming events in UAE. It is the first of the three championship tournaments of Filipino basketball season. You will see a pair of basketball games played either at Hamdan Sports Complex or Al Nasr Sports Club in Dubai on November 6-7, 2015.
The Enforcers will come against Alaska Aces on November 6, Friday. Clique Events Company (Dubai-based organizers), however, has yet to confirm the matches schedule for Dubai.
